Our client, a well-established law firm based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is seeking a
Conveyancing Secretary to join their property law department.
Minimum requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
- Strong experience in property transfers and cancellations
- Proven experience working with ABSA conveyancing processes (essential)
- Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and Deeds Office requirements
- Proficiency in conveyancing systems (Lexis Convey / GhostConvey or similar advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a client-facing approach
