Conveyancing Property Assistant

Otley - Office based

Monday to Friday, 9am-5:15pm (flexible working is available)

£26,000 - £27,500 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced conveyancing property assistant to join a well established solicitors firm in Otley. The ideal candidate will have experience working in conveyancing who can join the team and bring their knowledge to a new role.

What you'll be doing -

• Handling specific steps in residential property matters
• Managing the tasks delegated by the solicitor in charge to ensure workload is achieved
• File opening for new cases
• Variety of pre and post completion tasks
• Supporting with property searches and Land Registry checks
• Working to ensure deadlines are achieved
