Description
Dawoud Kazimee with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function for a mission-driven non-profit organization in Portland, Oregon. This role will oversee financial reporting, compliance, cash management, and internal controls while supporting sound stewardship of organizational resources. The Controller will also partner across teams to strengthen financial operations, guide a small accounting staff, and help build an inclusive, collaborative finance environment.


Responsibilities:

• Direct daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting that reflects non-profit accounting standards and organizational priorities.
