Overview MultiTracks.com is seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead our accounting function as we continue to scale a multi-product SaaS business. This role is ideal for a self-starter, seasoned accounting leader who combines technical excellence with operational rigor and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role with meaningful influence on systems, processes, and team development. The Controller will own the end-to-end accounting lifecycle - including financial close, reporting, compliance, and internal controls - while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to support sustainable growth and decision-making. Experience in SaaS, modern accounting systems, and pragmatic use of automation and AI-enabled finance tools is strongly preferred.
