As a Control Manager Vice President, you'll be responsible for leading the evolution of an enhanced risk and control framework which supports a continuous and integrated approach to risk assessment. Additionally, you'll ensure the team assists in top-down risk analysis, early issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.

+ Create a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols
+ Provide direction and oversight on the Risk Assessment Framework direction to Control Managers to support legal entity, compliance, and operational risk assessment deliverables
