**Job Responsibilities**
+ **Drive HR/EX Control Management and Policy** **Strategies:** act as a trusted advisor to the Head of HR/EX Control Management and Policy, providing support and recommendations .
+ **Lead Transformational Control and Policy Focused Projects:** drive initiatives and transformation across Controls and Policy teams covering all HR/EX segments, functions and horizontals; identify cross overs and coordinate efficiencies.
+ **Enhance Team Operations:** collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, priorities, open roles, business case development, OKRs, and governance.
+ **Insights and Reporting** : create impactful reports and presentations for senior management including contributing to Business Reviews, Control Committee inputs, and other regular reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
