WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Contribute & Grow Partner , your main focus will be to enable the Grow & Contribute agenda by implementing global people processes, supporting leaders with insights, and building capability through training, coaching, and development. You translate global frameworks into practical local solutions, helping teams grow, develop, and perform through strong processes and meaningful employee experiences.
This hybrid role reports into our People Business Partner and is based out of New York Support Office.
