Role Overview We are seeking a bilingual professional with a strong background in construction engineering or supply chain management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our Dubai operations and Chinese resources, managing costs and procurement with precision.

Key Responsibilities

·Target Cost Management: Leverage Dubai procurement or cost management experience to calculate and compile comprehensive target cost estimates. This covers the full lifecycle, including basements, main structures, office fit-outs, curtain walls, and MEP systems.

·Tendering & Procurement Strategy: Develop the project contracting plan and lead the tendering process for main contractors and specialized subcontractors.
