Noblis is seeking experienced **Contract Specialists** to work within a dynamic mission-oriented environment in Bethesda, Maryland.

**Responsibilities Include:**

+ Drafting, negotiating, and administering agreements with private sector, academic, and government partners to support advanced technology and innovation initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and security requirements, coordinating with program managers and legal teams, monitoring contractor performance, and mitigate risk while safeguarding sensitive information.
+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in secure, high-stakes environments are essential.

Required Qualifications

+ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
+ US Citizenship is required.
