This is a high-profile, technically complex build within the healthcare sector, requiring strong leadership across both site delivery and project execution.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme certainty, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, and construction performance
• Lead and coordinate site-based teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors
• Develop and drive construction programme, sequencing, and logistics strategy
• Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery plans where required
