The Commercial Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer contracts (sell-side) throughout their lifecycle for Ultra’s Canadian Line of Business (LOB).
Nationality Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate contractual risk throughout the program/project lifecycle from bid to closure.
- Lead negotiations with customers on acceptable terms and conditions during bid/award and project execution phases.
- Prepare, review and negotiate agreements including NDAs, PIAs, MOUs and Teaming Agreements to protect Ultra’s contractual and strategic interests.
- Review and markup terms and conditions, identifying onerous or risky obligations for Ultra.
- Ensure the effective flow of prime terms into contractual arrangements with suppliers.
