Our client, a successful and growing main contractor based in South Woodford, is seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing approximately 5–6 live construction projects at any one time, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
