Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrative professional to support contract administration, BOQ verification, payment certification, and documentation control. The role requires strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with project and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and administer contracts in accordance with project requirements
- Check contract scopes and ensure compliance
- Verify BOQs and supporting documents
- Audit contract records and documentation
- Certify contractor and supplier payments
- Compile, maintain, and control contracts documentation
- Variations, claims & change control (administrative role)
- Log and track variations, claims, EOT requests, and change events
