Responsibilities

• Commercial Bidding & Proposals
  • Lead integrated commercial solutions for bidding projects, including proposal development, cost/risk analysis, risk mitigation strategies, and post-bid clarifications.
  • Organize internal contract reviews and approvals to support project bidding and contract execution.
• Contract Negotiation & Management
  • Lead commercial negotiations, coordinating cross‑functional teams (finance, legal, tax, logistics).
  • Draft sales contracts, provide post‑signing support, and optimize review/approval processes for efficiency.
• Market & Business Strategy
  • Analyze commercial data (local markets, operators) to design and implement business models that reduce risks/costs.
