Position Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate technology contracts, ensuring internal policies are met, ensuring the quality and accuracy of Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) agreements. Draft, review, negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives to ensure legal compliance, protect the organization's interests, and foster fair agreements. Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), Work Orders (WO), WO-Amendment creation and execution process and review requisitions for goods and services. Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
