We need TCT experience and the full (not fundamental) ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification.
Just as a reminder, here is our specific chemo administration requirement : ONS link: ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate™ | ONS Notice that it is 15.25 contact hours . There is another one offered through ONS that is only 9 contact hours but due to the high volume of chemo we administer, that fundamental certificate will not do.
