Role Overview:
The Contracts & Purchase Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement and contract management for interior fit-out projects, ensuring cost efficiency, timely execution, and compliance with contractual and commercial obligations. The role requires strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and project cost control within fast-paced fit-out environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets.
Lead vendor sourcing, pre-qualification, techno-commercial evaluation, and finalization of subcontractors and suppliers.
