What it doesn’t have, by its own admission, is a repeatable way of turning all of that into sustainable growth. This contract exists to fix exactly that.

The Role

This is strategic work with real influence. You shape how the studio approaches opportunity and presents its thinking, rather than executing pitches someone else has chosen for you – you’ll be building a growth engine for a studio that has never had one.
