Job Description Role Profile & Key Responsibilities Enterprise Program Leadership Support the delivery of a portfolio of complex, high-impact strategic programs, partnering with business and technology leads to maintain momentum and outcomes. Translate strategic objectives into practical roadmaps, workplans and governance routines, and track delivery against agreed milestones. Maintain visibility across initiatives by coordinating interdependencies, sequencing and key risks, escalating where needed. Support change management planning and execution across programs, partnering with business owners and change teams.
