Job Descriptions:

• Liaise and follow up with HR professionals to provide solutions to queries raised and/or rectify HR data discrepancies.
• Facilitate the analysis on operational data to detect, rectify operational issues and upstream processes. The data and feedback collated would be provided to necessary agencies for sense‑making and trending to improve policy formulation, systems and processes.
• Correspond with HR professionals to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution. Ensure that responses adhere to organisation guidelines and HR policies.
