Overview

We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a Contract Attorney to support a high‑volume corporate transactions team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on corporate generalist who is comfortable managing contracts end‑to‑end, working directly with business stakeholders, and operating independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of third‑party commercial agreements, including:

+ Technology and software agreements

+ SaaS agreements

+ Vendor and service provider contracts
