Scope of roleRegal Rexnord is seeking a Continuous Improvement RBS Site Leader Senior for Commercial Gearing's production facility in Apodaca, Mexico.The location is a +$100M business with ~160 non-union associates.This is a critical role that drives operational excellence and growth-focused operations strategy for the site, while providing hands-on leadership to a cross functional team.This role reports directly to the site business leader and will frequently interact with US functional and Division leaders.Strong proficiency in English (verbal, written, and presentation) is necessary for success.The work arrangements are fully onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Effective Problem Solving- Manage a robust Regal Business System review process for selecting, scoping, and prioritizing improvement initiatives (i.e. Policy Deployment, CI Roadmap, Kaizens, Projects and CI Talent) to achieve business goals and objectives.
