Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on Continuous Improvement Engineer who enjoys solving real problems and making things work better every day.

This is a site‑based role where you will work closely with production, maintenance and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies, analyse root causes and implement sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will take ownership of improvement initiatives from start to finish — from diagnosing issues on the line, to designing solutions, implementing changes and embedding them into standard ways of working.
