We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our Team based in Auckland.
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst you will be a key contributor in supporting all Quality, Customer Experience and First Choice Programs within DHL Express New Zealand. In addition, you will provide the business with detailed analysis of our Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Business data in order to improve all parts of customer experience as well as driving the strategy for our Environment Program: Go Green.
