Job Description - Advise listed issuers on continuing listing obligations on the Singapore Exchange
- Advise listed issuers on corporate governance issues
- Review of documents to be released by listed issuers and advise on corporate actions, in respect of compliance with listing requirements of the Singapore Exchange
- Liaise with regulatory authorities with regards to listing compliance of listed issuers
You should have - At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of IPO obligations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good command of English
