Key responsibilities:
Produce and publish platform-ready assets (short-form video, statics, carousels, stories) for social channels
Film and edit content tailored to each platforms format, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails, aspect ratios, and audio
Deliver content that supports key marketing priorities, including campaigns and service launches
Ensure all content aligns with the clients brand voice, look, and feel
Help execute the content calendar, prepare posts for publishing, and keep assets organised
Monitor trends, platform updates, and high-performing formats; suggest brand-safe, adaptable ideas
Experiment with new features and tools to drive innovation
Assist with basic community engagement and flag sentiment issues early
Track content performance and adjust based on learnings; support reporting with top posts and insights
