Job Title: Senior communication Executive

Experience: 2-7 years

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications

- Create and publish content for newsletters, intranet, emails, posters, and internal campaigns.

- Support communication around HR, CSR, leadership messages, and company initiatives.

- Coordinate with departments to gather stories, updates, and employee achievements.

- Maintain consistency with Sobha’s tone, values, and brand guidelines.

Social Media Management

- Support day-to-day management of official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

- Create content copies, captions, and short-form content in coordination with the design team/agencies.

- Schedule posts and monitor engagement and queries.

- Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
