Position Overview
Responsible for managing high-volume inbound customer interactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves assisting with automotive-related inquiries, appointment scheduling, and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 30–40 calls per shift) in a timely and professional manner.

+ Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to recalls, warranties, and technical concerns (e.g., malfunctioning radio codes).

+ Assist customers in scheduling appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information.

+ Accurately capture and document customer concerns to create detailed cases.

+ Deliver accurate information and determine appropriate next steps, including case resolution or escalation to the proper department.
