What You’ll Do

- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS

- Engage with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs

- Match candidates with job opportunities and explain requirements

- Build and maintain strong employer relationships

- Schedule interviews and endorse qualified candidates

- Track performance metrics and consistently meet sales KPIs



What We’re Looking For

- High school graduate

- At least 2 years of contact center experience (B2B/SaaS preferred)

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
