Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end back-office order management and case processing within Consumer Service, ensuring orders are accurately processed, fulfilled, and resolved in alignment with departmental goals and service levels. This role handles open orders, order errors, and failed transactions while maintaining system accuracy across Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and related platforms.
Acts as a key liaison between Customer Service, warehouses, insurance partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, support claims processing, and coordinate complex or exception-based shipments, including cross-border orders. Provides ongoing eCare support by managing customer email inquiries and ensuring timely, professional communication and resolution.
