Unsecured Telesales Head

We are looking for a result-oriented leader to drive telesales portfolio performance across consumer products and segments. This role will lead program execution, ensure target achievement, and manage collaboration with internal stakeholders and external BPO partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute telesales portfolio strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets
• Manage end-to-end telesales operations across daily, weekly, and annual cycles
