The SAP QM Consultant is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting the Quality Management (QM) module within SAP ECC or S/4HANA. This role ensures that all processes meet quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and support business objectives. You will work closely with users, provide ongoing support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Design

Analyze and understand client needs related to quality management processes (inspection, non‑conformities, complaints, certificates).

Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.

 Perform gap analysis and propose solutions.

Define functional specifications and process documentation.
