Job Overview

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to work with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in South Auckland communities including Otahuhu, Mangere, Otara, Pukekohe, Papakura, Manurewa and across the East Auckland region.

Salary: $185,380 – $267,980 (ASMSSECA). Free assistance with immigration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically and culturally responsive specialist mental‑health care for Rangatahi (adolescents) with serious mental‑health and addiction issues.
• Deliver clinical consultation to colleagues, primary‑care partners and schools.
• Offer clinical oversight, best‑practice assessment and treatment to tamariki and Rangatahi.
• Work from various bases including Otahuhu, Springs Rd East Tamaki and other clinics.
• Engage with culturally rich communities across South Auckland and East Auckland.
