  • Establish project monitoring and reporting tools, including participant database, activity tracker, and document repository.
  • Prepare a communication and visibility workplan for the remainder of 2026.
  • Submit inception report including detailed workplan and stakeholder engagement approach.
  • Performance Indicator: Inception report and monitoring tools submitted and approved.

  • Update beneficiary and activity databases.
  • Support implementation and documentation of all project activities conducted during the month.
  • Produce one communication article and one social media campaign highlighting project activities.
