Key Responsibilities - Perform advanced burn and reconstructive surgeries, including skin grafting, microsurgery, debridement, and scar revision
- Lead multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient management
- Oversee critical burn care, wound management, and post-surgical rehabilitation plans
- Maintain adherence to infection control and surgical safety protocols
- Contribute to research, academic training, and quality improvement programs
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and nursing teams to optimize patient recovery
- Support development of burns care pathways and clinical governance initiatives
