About the Role

Working under the direction of the Leading Hand, Foreperson, and other site supervisors, Construction Workers play a key role in the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of infrastructure projects that help connect and strengthen communities. This is a hands‑on role requiring physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with site establishment and compound setup
• Supporting earthworks, excavation, and civil construction activities
• Carting, handling, and placing materials
• Assisting with road construction and subgrade preparation
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
