Responsible for assisting Project coordinator and manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
Responsible for managing and monitoring site operation, workers and contractors
Responsible for effective site administration which includes site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
Support the Project coordinator and manager as needed
Ensure smooth job operations
Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Having relevant working experience in construction industry / construction site work is beneficial
Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
