About the Role

We’re experiencing a significant period of growth across our Queensland business and seeking a number of experienced Supervisors to join our team in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Ipswich. In this role, you will manage end-to-end insurance repair works, leading trades on‑site and coordinating insurers, customers and internal teams to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same – overseeing multiple projects, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors on‑site
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across timelines, budgets and scope
• Oversee insurance repair delivery from start to completion
• Liaise with customers, insurers and internal teams
