Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee community solar projects in Illinois. These projects typically range from 1 to 2.5 MW in size. The role involves managing day-to-day operations and administrative duties on site, ensuring smooth progress of the construction process.
Responsibilities

+ Manage the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks at the construction site.

+ Report progress and safety updates daily to the Senior Construction Manager.

+ Oversee sub vendors and collaborate with their foremen.

+ Enforce safety and regulatory policies and procedures.

+ Set daily and weekly productivity standards for contractors and subcontractors.

+ Develop a three-week look-ahead schedule and coordinate with the Senior Construction Manager to meet deadlines.
