Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing on‑site project execution, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and company standards for safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in heavy civil construction, including asphalt paving, road construction, and drainage/service installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on‑site activities for heavy civil construction projects with varying scopes.
• Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate updates or issues with the Project Manager.
