About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring that all construction and construction related jobs executed onsite are safe and compliant with all relevant regulations. The role will develop, implement, and oversee the construction safety program for all employees, contractors, and visitors. It involves monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety training, and investigating incidents to prevent future occurrences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain construction safety plans, policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulatory and Haleon global standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and regular site inspections to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Manage and continuously improve the Permit to Work (PTW) system and contractor safety management, including daily PTW logs and gemba walks.
