Position Summary

ZP Remodel LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter / HR Specialist to support the hiring of skilled trades professionals, construction management personnel, and office staff for residential and commercial remodeling projects across the United States. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and supporting key Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate has experience within the construction industry and is comfortable managing multiple openings while helping foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for a variety of positions, including:
• Project Managers
• Superintendents
• Estimators
• Foremen
• Skilled Trades Professionals (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Carpenters, etc.)
• Administrative Assistants
