**Skills** :

Construction Superintendent / Hospital Enviroment experience is a plus / Project Management - Scheduling - Budgeting / Commercial experience / People Leader / **Biopharmaceutical or** **HCAI or OSHPD experience is a plus (OSHA for Hospital construction)**
