**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractor coordination, and contract execution.
+ Work with the Planning, Design, and Construction teams to effectively manage the project.
+ Serve as the primary contact for the client as well as the project team
