Bristol City Council’s Housing & Landlord Services are currently recruiting a Construction Operative to join our Responsive Repairs team. The Response Repairs Team focuses on delivering high quality, cost effective responsive repairs to a large variety of properties amongst our 28000 homes.

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Construction Operative to join our Response Roofing Team. Within this role you will provide general maintenance and repair services throughout our housing stock. The role also includes roofing, patios, bricklaying, fencing and general labouring.

This role requires a good understanding of building pathology, especially when related to building hazards, defects, and their causes. You should be methodical and enquiring.
