Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction coordination and monitoring processes across all active sites
• Create and oversee project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting structures
• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
• Review site updates to identify risks, delays, or issues and elevate concerns early
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, procurement, and sales teams to align execution
• Monitor compliance with construction standards, documentation, and internal processes
• Consolidate site data into clear management-level summaries and performance reports
• Support continuous improvement of construction systems, controls, and workflows
• Act as a central point of coordination between field execution and management.
