Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Mid-Atlantic area ( Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport to support ongoing travel requirements. Ideal locations include Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD and Philadelphia, PA.
Travel: Up to 50%, mostly out of state
Position Summary: The Construction Manager executes & administers construction & renovation projects associated with acquisitions & existing apartment portfolios of Harbor Group apartment communities. This includes ensuring all daily construction related issues are being addressed, ensuring smooth transitions between vendors, contractors & subcontractors.
