            Job Description  Oversee large‑scale construction projects with strict deadlines and high safety requirements. 
Manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and workers under demanding site conditions. 
Handle urgent issues, delays, manpower shortages, and client expectations simultaneously. 
Ensure projects are delivered on time despite unforeseen challenges (weather, manpower, technical issues). 
Enforce compliance with Singapore safety regulations, MOM guidelines, and company policies. 
Work long hours on‑site, including weekends or public holidays when required. 
Take full accountability for project success and workforce discipline. 
 Requirements  Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on project/site management experience. 
Strong knowledge of BCA/MOM regulations and local construction codes.
