Construction Manager

This building company is a leading Central Coast/Newcastle Residential Builder. They have a reputable brand and have been in the home building market for over 30 years, building a variety of products including project homes, integrated residential housing and investment developments.

The company offer a very stable and secure role as they have a very strong presence in the construction industry. They have set-up systems in place and a strong work pipeline. The role is Monday to Friday, office based with some site visit requirements as needed. 

Key Responsibilities include

Coordination of procedures to ensure the supervising team meets production targets in a safe and timely manner. 

Managing all issues that arise from site and managing the occupational health and safety of all sites.
