Construction Manager (MEP)

Location: London

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Package

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical construction activities on large-scale projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to coordinate all aspects of site delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of Mechanical and Electrical construction activities on site.
• Lead and coordinate site managers, supervisors and specialist MEP subcontractors.
